Desktop applications can be used on a mobile device by running the app on servers in tha data center and delivering the UI to any Receiver equiped SmartPhone. The UI of many apps already include Window panes or frames that can easily be sized so they look and feel great on most Mobile Devices incuding the iPhone, Andriod and Windows Phone based devices.
