Dell's cut a strategic partnership with Infobird, a Chinese cloud management vendor, to provide Infobird's cloud-based Internet communication services to Dell's SME base in China. The deal calls for Infobird to peddle Qitongbao, a SaaS cloud management platform with a contact center at its core, to Dell's enterprise clients through Dell's direct sales channels.
