Sage to Deliver Cloud-Based CRM Solution on Amazon Web Services

Sage North America, which provides business management software and services to more than three million small and midsized businesses in Canada and the United States, will offer the Sage SalesLogix CRM Suite on the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) infrastructure.

The cloud-based, on-demand version of Sage SalesLogix will be available in North America the first half of 2010, after which it will be expanded to other regions worldwide. Sage CRM Solutions business partners are now implementing Sage SalesLogix in the cloud for select North American customers. Leveraging Amazon EC2, Sage can provide customers with flexible deployment and user access, as well as customer data ownership, customer control over the timing of upgrades, and IT management and hardware cost benefits.
